Cafe Gemini was born from a simple belief: that the best moments of your day start with something made by hand, with care, and served with a smile. We opened our doors on North Sam Houston Avenue to be the kind of place where neighbors become friends and every visit feels like a quiet celebration.

Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked in our kitchen. Our coffee is sourced from roasters who share our commitment to quality and fairness. We don't cut corners — we fold them into our croissants.
